lohit chuay chiwit pheuan manut (บริจาคโลหิด
ช่วยชีวิตเพื่อนมนุษย์), i.e.
‘donate
blood save the life of a human friend’,
while the right edge bears an English text with a similar
meaning of the text. Besides the surcharge overprint, the
stamp is also overprinted with the Thai text bamrung kachaht (บำรุงกาชาด
๒๕๒๙), i.e.
‘Support
(the) Red Cross’. |
