Agriculturists and government officials joining in making barren area suitable for agriculture, with technical support and equipment from the government; 3. Results of agricultural progress in an area made fertile, e.g. by irrigation from dam building and the use of insecticides sprayed by plane; 4. Maew (or Hmong) and Yao (fig.) hill tribe people, as well as a Thai farmer wearing a ngop, cultivating temperate fruits and fish as a result of the Land Development Project; 5.
