To mark the annual National Children's Day, by using artworks made by Thai blind youths, created through the use of plasticine, coded colour boxes, and glass frames, which they are able to sense, after they imagine the objects by listening to detailed description and touch.

Works of art made by Thai blind youths, depicting: 1. A floating market and some birds, made by Miss Thongbai Siyam (น.ส. ทองใบ สิยาม); 2. Flying birds and a rainbow, created by Mister Kwanchai Keuddaeng (ด.ช. ขวัญชัย เกิดแดง); 3. a little mermaid swimming, made by Mister Chaleumphon Jiangmai (ด.ช. เฉลิมพล เจียงใหม่); 4. A goldfish, created by Miss Natrethip Kosantirak (ด.ญ. เนตรทิพย์ ก่อสันติรักษ์). In the background, the first two designs also feature a rainbow, whereas the last two stamps are decorated with waves of water.
