A statue of Mya Nan Nwe at Tantkyitaung Zedi (fig.) near Bagan. She is a prominent female nat, of whom it is believed that she posses the ability to grant wishes to those who appeal to her for help. She is considered  an incarnation of the naga represented below the platform of the zedi of this temple (fig.).
