Portrait of King Phra Chom Klao, i.e. King Mongkhut or Rama IV, in royal gown and holding the Sword of State, in Thai is known as Phra Saeng Khan Chai Sri (fig.), and with a puang malai flower garland around its handle. On the left side is the Great Crown of Victory, i.e. the King's royal chadah-style crown (fig.), which in Thai is named Phra Maha Phichai Mongkut, whilst on a table on the right side is a golden betel-set (fig.).
