Beua Mai Long
Erawan National Park (fig.) in Kanchanaburi is home to the Erawan Waterfall (fig.), a cascade with a series of 7 falls. Level 5, seen here, is known as Beua Mai Long, which means ‘Bored Not Descending’.
The rather strange name seems to suggest that this otherwise stunning place is somewhat boring when the water is not cascading as here in the dry season.
