Different models of Army aircraft once used by the Royal Thai Air Force, that celebrate the empowerment of the Air Force: 1. Northrop F-5B Freedom Fighter (light supersonic fighter); 2. Northrop F-5E Tiger II (light supersonic fighter); 3. F-16A Fighting Falcon (multirole fighter aircraft); 4. Saab JAS 39 Gripen C (multirole fighter); 5. Hawker Siddeley HS 748 (turboprop airliner); 6. Boeing 737-800 (jet airliner); 7. Bell 412EP (utility helicopter); 8. Sikorsky S-92 (medium-lift helicopter). Whereas the aircraft on the stamps 1-4 are used for protection of the sovereignty of Thailand, the aircraft on stamps 5-8 are used to serve His Majesty the King and other members of the royal family.
