(ลูกเสือชาวบ้าน), which literally translates as
‘Village
Scouts’;
4. Scout members from the Asia-Pacific region at the 15th
Asia-Pacific Scout Conference, hosted by Thailand in 1986,
as well as the logo of the Asia-Pacific Scout Region, i.e. a
yellow sun setting in blue-white sea waves, behind the logo
of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, i.e. a
purple, circular badge with a French lily or fleur-de-lis
with two stars in the center, surrounded by a piece of rope
tied with a reef knot. Each stamp also has the emblem of the
National Scout Organization of Thailand, a fleur-de-lis with
two stars and a
tiger
head over a banner with the Thai scout motto sia chihp yah
sia sat (เสียชีพอย่าเสียสัตย์), which freely translates as
‘Death
before Dishonesty’. |
