Seua racha pataen is the name of a long-sleeved jacket with a Mandarin collar or Mao collar, i.e. a stand-up collar, that is worn over a johng kraben, i.e. a loin cloth that is passed between the legs and tucked in at the wearer's lower back (fig.).
