Tree Jasmine,
an evergreen or
semi-deciduous tree, known in Thai as
kasalong kham
and
pihb thong,
and with the botanical binomial name Radermachera
ignea.
It grows to a height of between 6 to 20 meters and blooms from January to May, displaying clusters of tubular, bright orange flowers with a sweet jasmine-like fragrance, that grow on old branches.
