The Rusty-cheeked Hornbill (fig.) is a species of medium-sized hornbill, which is also commonly referred to as the Tickell's Brown Hornbill.

It inhabits evergreen and deciduous forest, from the foothills to an altitude of around 1,500 meters.

In Thailand this bird is found only in the North and the East.
