  Vajiralongkorn on Royal Barge

The Golden Swan Royal Barge, known in Thai as Reua Phra Thihnang Suphanahong (fig.), is one of the most prominent of barges in the fleet of Royal Barges.

 

It is also the King's personal barge in which the King, here Maha Vajiralongkorn (fig.), takes place during processions. The monarch is seated inside the ganya (fig.), which is located at about little over the half of the barge's length, towards the stern (fig.).
