Statue of Mahakali (fig.), the terrible form of Parvati with multiple arms, at Tantra Thewala, i.e. the ‘Tantra Idol Shrine’, which is also known as Wat Phra Siwa Chao, i.e. the ‘Lord Shiva Temple’, in Bangkok (fig.). She is the consort of Shiva, whom she here subdues. Her attributes include a necklace of human skulls and a belt of severed heads and hands.
