(fig.), and fully known as Phra Nang Phaya Pim Khao Kohng (พระนางพญาพิมพ์เข่าโค้ง). It represents
the temple's Phra Nang
Phaya
Buddha image, which is seated
in the
maravichaya pose, also known as
bhumisparsa. It is believed to offer protection against curses, escape from dangers, good luck and wealth. It is part of a set of five amulets, that are collectively known as Phra Khreuang Benjaphahkhih (fig.), which are associated with the five elements, and of which Phra Nang Phaya represents the element of fire.
