This is the flag that was issued to celebrate the sixth cycle of 12 years according to the zodiac, for the 72th anniversary of King Rama IX, i.e. King Bhumipon Adunyadet, in the year 2543 BE (2000 AD).

The logo consists of the King's initials under a chattra and chadah-crown, and flanked by two more umbrellas. Below is a blue banner with a commemorative text in white.
