Eugene Reytter
Dr. ‘Phraya Prasertsart Thamrong’ Eugene Reytter, the Belgian physician, who was for 17 years the personal doctor to King Chulalongkorn (fig.). He was also the founder of the first Thai pharmacy, as well as of the Thai Red Cross Society.
