Suan Jihn
Suan Jihn, the Chinese Garden, within the King Rama IX Park (fig.), in Bangkok's khet of Prawet.
It is a section of the park that consists of some Chinese Pavilions, complete with upwardly curved roofs (fig.).
The garden is modeled according to the rules of feng shui and typically has a lotus pond and some Chinese rockery.
There is also a zigzag bridge (fig.), reminiscent of the Nine-cornered Zigzag Bridge near Yu Garden (fig.) in Shanghai.
