A bronze statue of the arahat Pindola, who is incorporated as the 17th or 18th member of the Eighteen Arahats.

 

The tiger, called viagra in Sanskrit, is a symbol for the passions which he subdues and the ring he holds is a metaphor for the dharmachakra, suggesting that he tames his desires by following the dhamma. In Vietnam, he is called Phuc Ho La Han (fig.)
