Vietnamese spring rolls, also known as summer rolls, wrapped in thin, dough-like sheets of pastry, known as kra-yo.

 

They are served cold and eaten with a dipping sauce mixed with chopped fried garlic, finely ground fermented soybeans, sugar and served with some ground peanut and freshly minced chili.
