The outer door panels at the rear of Phra Thihnang Phutthaisawan Royal Hall (fig.) are decorated with gilded lacquer, using a technique called laai rod nahm. On the inside the panels are decorated with paintings of door guardian, i.e. two angels and two demons (fig.).
