Miangkham is a kind of miang, a sweet wrapped in edible wild betel leaves which are wedged on small sticks.

 

They are made from roasted peanuts, slivers of roasted coconut and a sticky paste of palm sugar.

These are mixed with small cubes of ginger, sliced red onion and pieces of green mango wrapped in wild betel leaves, in Thai known as bai chaphlu (fig.).
