Kopi luwak, i.e. weasel coffee (fig.) for sale in Vietnam, where this rare and expensive product is also known as café chôn/ca phe chon.

The coffee used berries for this type of coffee have been eaten by the Common Palm Civet (fig.). The beans pass largely undigested through its digestive tract and are harvested from its feces.
