khao mao rahng
Khao mao rahng is popped, shredded rice grain. It can be then mixed with Thai herbs and spices, and is then also called khao kua ob samunphrai. Here the spices include fried onion, peanuts, dried chilis and dried kaffir lime leaves (fig.).
