Khai yad sai is a lightly cooked omelet filled with minced meat mixed with some other ingredients, such as tomatoes, peas, onion, spring onion, coriander and carrots.

 

This is further seasoned with pepper, sugar, oyster sauce and soy sauce. It is served over rice and typically eaten with some fresh vegetables.
