khanom a-lua

Khanom a-lua is a traditional sweet made of coconut milk, all purpose flour, mung bean flour and sugar.

The texture of this jelly sugar candy is a little hard and dry on the outside but soft, moist and tender on the inside, whereas they are usually dyed with various pastel colours and shaped as little whipped cream cones.
