Kalamae Raman, a special type of kalamae, i.e. caramel-like candy, from Samut Songkhram.
This province's variety is wrapped in the dried spathe of a betel palm.
Kalamae is made of sticky rice flour, coconut milk and sugar which is boiled and stirred (kuan) until it has turned sticky and dark.
