  Fiddler Crabs

Thailand

Fiddler Crabs, called piyaw in Thai, are recognizable from their single large claw which can be either on the right or left side, as seen here. This particular species of Fiddler Crab is possibly Uca urvillei or Uca paradussumieri. See also List of Thai Animal Names.
