to as Garlic Bread
Sea Cucumbers,
are an edible species of sea cucumber
and widely used in Oriental cuisine for their healing
qualities.
In cuisine, both the creature
and the dish are usually referred to by the French term bêche-de-mer. These
ones are kept fresh on ice in Bangkok's
Chinatown,
where they are known as
pling thalae
khao or pling khoa.
