this dish is called hoa chuối trộn tôm thịt,
which literally means ‘banana
flower shrimp mix’.
It is prepared as a mixture
of shredded banana flower, some local greens, slices of
carrot, roasted peanuts, shrimp and roasted pork, and is served with
slices of cucumber
and red
chili.
