Egg
noodles,
which in Thai are referred to as
bamih.
They are a tick kind of
noodle usually of a yellowish colour, though also a pale green colour exist,
and is sold only fresh, i.e. not in dried form.
They can be eaten from a bowl with added broth or water (bamih nahm) or boiled -but dry- from a plate (bamih haeng), a form which may also be stir fried.
