Wat Santi Khiri Yahn Sangwararam
The ubosot of Wat Santi Khiri Yahn Sangwararam in Chiang Rai is situated on a flank of Doi Mae Salong (fig.), underneath Phra Borommathat Sri Nagarindra Sathit Maha Santi Khiri (fig.), i.e. the stupa on its summit.
From here, a long staircase flanked by balustrades in the form of Chao Poo Sri Sutho (fig.) and Chao Yah Sri Patum Mah Naki (fig.) a nagaraat couple in semi-human form, descends into the village below.
