Surat Thani

The coat of arms of Surat Thani shows a chedi and Thai kanok motifs. The chedi is the one from Wat Phra Borommathat Chaiya (fig.) in the amphur Chaiya and houses a relic of Somdet Phra Sammasam Phuttha Chao, another name for the Buddha.
