From ancient inscriptions within the complex, it was discovered that the main divinity worshipped here was Prahasitesvara, which is one of the many epithets of Shiva.

Besides this, an upper and a lower part of a broken statue of the goddess Durga were found in two different towers. This deity was one of the most popular early Khmer female sacred images.
