Rama VI Bridge
The Rama VI Bridge in Bangkok, built in 1927 as the first bridge ever to cross the Chao Phraya River, as seen from West bank.
This railway bridge has 5 spans and with a total length of 441.44 meters, it is the longest railway bridge in the nation.
During World War II, the bridge was heavily damaged. In 1953, it was finally repaired, after which this plaque was added.
