Statue of Prince Devawongse Varopakarn, i.e.  a son of King Mongkut and the Father of Thai Diplomacy, whose name is also transliterated Thewawong Waropakan. He was the second foreign minister of Siam, during the Rattanakosin Period, from 1885 until 1923 AD.
