An Olive-backed Sunbird. This one is an adult male.

It has dull olive-brown upperparts and bright yellow underparts.

Its throat, upper breast and face  is dark, metallic blue-black.

Its bill, feet and legs are black.

In addition, the bill is long and curved, allowing it more easily access to nectar, on which it feeds.
