Burmese harp (fig.),
is wearing traditional dress, including
a Myanmar turban, i.e. a ceremonial headdress locally known as
gaung-baung, that is tidily wrapped around
the head in a clockwise manner, with a tongue
protruding on the right side, that is
to say, from the wearer's point of
view.
Here, the tongue is drooping, but in other styles it may be fanned out.
