Luang Pho Loi
Luang Pho Loi, the floating Buddha statue of Wat Taan Jed Cho (fig.) in Angthong. The temple has a special hangar-like hall with a large basin in which this life-sized bronze Buddha image is regularly put in the water horizontally.
Despite its heavy weight, the bronze Buddha statue will not sink to the bottom but rather float on the surface of the water, though being hollow and sealed off at the bottom, not so odd at all.
