The ruins of
Le Htat Gyi Phaya,
i.e. the ‘Four-storey
Pagoda’, located south of the ancient city
of
Ava, in the present-day district of
Inwa towards Hanthawaddy.
It has today
all but collapsed, yet the remaining
part
is still richly decorated with
stucco
bai sema-like
ornaments that resemble
lotus
petals.

though some
are today
damaged.
