Kuchaman Fort is one of the oldest and most inaccessible forts of Rajasthan, situated on top of a steep, circa 300 meter high hill.

In the past, the Jodhpur rulers used to mint their gold and silver coins here, but today the fort has been converted into a hotel, which offers a bird's eye view on the city below.
