corner is the logo of the International Year of the Ocean, which
consists of the latter text curved over a pale blue circle, which at the
bottom has a highly stylized dark blue wave and the letters IOC, that
are placed and shaped in such a way that they form an anchor, while
underneath the circle is the name UNESCO, printed as a straight text,
rather than curved like the text on top. |
