Hua Hin City with the local market in
the foreground and the Gulf of Thailand in the back,
including naval patrol boats and war ships that lay for anchor when H.M. the
King resides in the nearby Klai Kangwon Summer Palace.
The seaside resort
has a long sandy beach lined with a range of
accom-modations, that runs from a rocky headland in its
center and gently curves for about 3 to 4 kilometers to the
South, where it ends at the foot of Khao Takhiap hill.
