Portrait of Princess Chulaphorn, the third daughter and fourth child to King Bhumipon Adunyadet and Queen Sirikit Kitthiyagon, as the Princess Scientist of Thailand and President of the Chulabhorn Research Institute, which she established on 1 December 1987. In the top left corner are the princess' stylized initials, i.e. an orange Ch (จ) and a white Ph (ภ), shaped in the form of a heart and underneath a golden chadah.
