The giant hall of Building B at Chaeng Wattahana Government Complex in Bangkok's Laksi district is occasionally used to host markets, fairs and special events.

Unknown to most visitors, it also has an elevated indoor running track with three lanes and a pedestrian sidewalk that encircles the entire hall on level 4, and which is used by both joggers and staff commuting between various departments and agencies.

In Thai, this building is known as Ahkahn Ratthaprasatphakdi and is home to several ministries, departments of the  Office of the Prime Minister, including the Office of Consumer Protection Commission, that oversees the Consumer Protection Board (fig.).

There are also a number of independent agencies, and the main Immigration Bureau for the Bangkok area. In the basement, there are shops, restaurants and banks, that accommodate both officials, workers and visitors alike.
