This male Asiatic Brush-tailed Porcupine was seriously injured and lost its foreleg due to an illegal forest trap.

It was brought to the Cu Chi Wildlife Rescue Station in southern Vietnam, where it is looked after for. Unable to seek for food in nature, this porcupine can never be returned to the forest.
