Oval frame with a picture of the building of The Government Lottery Office of Thailand on Ratchadamnoen Klang Road in Bangkok (used as its head office until its move in 2013 to Sanam Bin Nahm in Nonthaburi - fig.). In the top centre of the oval frame is the emblem of the Government Lottery, which consists of an octagonal star, with at its centre an ornamental circle that contains a depiction of Vayuphak, a mythological bird (fig.) believed to guard treasure and also used as the logo of the Thai Ministry of Finance, as well as the text Samnakngaan Salahk Kin Baeng Rattabahn (สำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล), i.e. ‘Government Lottery Office. Underneath the oval frame is a yellow banner with in blue the text Hah Sip Pih Samnakngaan Salahk Kin Baeng Rattabahn (๕๐ ปี สำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล), i.e. 50 Years of [the] Government Lottery Office, and the frame is furthermore surrounded by pictures showing money bags and coins, as well as various activities relating to public benefits to which this office has contributed.
