Rajakit Winitchai (ราชกิจวินิจฉัย)
Thai. ‘Royal deliberation engagement’. Name of a
phlabphlah (fig.), i.e. a royal pavilion used as a temporary quarters for the King, located in
Bangkok and built in the reign of King
Rama V (fig.). It is
positioned on the banks of the
Chao Phraya River (fig.) and used for the King to overlook the
Royal Barge Procession (fig.). Usually referred to as Phra Thihnang Rajakit Winitchai and also transliterated Rajakit Winitchai, Rajakij Winijchai, Radjakit Winitchai or Rachakit Winitchai.
