Moo yang is a dish of charcoal grilled pork, served in thin slices, with a dipping sauce similar to that of nahm tok, but usually with less ingredients, made only from fish sauce, tamarind vinegar, lime juice, and pulverized, roasted sticky rice (khao niauw kua). It is commonly eaten with sticky rice.
